By the customer needs in details, we offer a cobot with on-board vision set up on a AMR of laser guide, the AMR would transport the cobot close to the CNC unit. AMR stops, the cobot will shot the landmark on the CNC body firstly to acquire accurate coordinate information, then the cobot will go to the place where exactly locates in CNC machine to pick up or sending the part.

1. Due to AMR travel and stop accuracy normally is not good, like 5-10mm,thus only depending on the AMR working precision definitely can not meet the entire and final operation of load and unload precision

2. Our cobot could meet the precision by landmark technology to reach the final Combined accuracy for load and unload at 0.1-0.2mm

3. You shall not need extra expense, energy to develop a vision system for this job.
